Agnès Blain
Agnès discovered yoga at the age of 16 and has received teachings from many different styles during her travels, including Sivananda, Hariharalaya, Vipassana meditation, and DeGasquet. She aims to contribute to the transmission of yoga that combines traditional principles with modern, inclusive, feminist, decolonial, and ecological approaches, adapting to each individual. Agnès has been leading workshops since 2015 and recently completed a module on “Respecting the Roots of Yoga: Teaching without Cultural Appropriation.”
Location
You’ll be staying at the Juzet hamlet, in a cozy cottage on the doorstep of Brittany. This beautiful and typical regional farmhouse has been carefully renovated and decorated and features a large garden with a terrace and swimming pool. Get ready to relax and unwind in this charming setting!
