Your Journey
Embark on a journey of self-discovery with our personalized health and wellness program. We begin by conducting a comprehensive analysis of your strengths, weaknesses, ambitions, and needs. Utilizing this information, we delve into your birth chart, providing you with a customized yoga routine tailored specifically to your unique profile.
Your daily routine begins with a rejuvenating yoga practice consisting of postures, deep relaxation, and meditation. Afterward, you will enjoy a delicious lunch, followed by a guided yoga Nidra “deep relaxation” session, and an active or guided meditation designed specifically for your profile.
Day 1:
We welcome you with a hearty lunch and program introduction. Then, indulge in a 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice, followed by 90 minutes of personalized diet advice and study. Savor a delightful tea time before exploring the surrounding beach or forest. In the evening, we conduct a 2-hour natal chart reading and guide you through your personal yoga routine. The day concludes with a scrumptious dinner and a meditation technique.
Day 2:
Kick off the day with a one-hour “Laghoo Shankaprakshalana” colon cleanse, followed by a 30-minute Yoga Nidra session. Afterward, enjoy some cleaning time before indulging in a delicious breakfast. Spend an hour reviewing your personal routine, clearing up any doubts, and receiving materials about the techniques learned. Finally, we conclude the program, leaving you with a renewed sense of well-being and a refreshed outlook on life.

With 18 years of experience as a yoga student, she has shared her knowledge with over 500 individuals and continues to do so, thanks to her experience and vision. Sarita is deeply passionate about fostering positive human relations, and in both her personal and professional life, she prioritizes enhancing the values and positive aspects of life while seeking solutions to challenges. Located between Barcelona and Girona, Sant Pol del Mar is a delightful seaside village. This apartment is situated in a residential area facing the sea, with a magnificent forest behind it that is ideal for active meditation walks. The stunning surroundings offer an excellent environment for practicing yoga and meditation, with the beach in front and a mountain range in the background.
The apartment is conveniently located within easy reach of other nearby attractions, with Barcelona just 50 kilometers away and Girona only 34 kilometers away.
