Practical information:
This retreat is limited to 10 people, regardless of their background or level of flexibility. Even if you have never practiced yoga before, you can fully benefit from this rejuvenating weekend. If you already have an established yoga practice, the teacher can advise you on more advanced techniques and variations of postures tailored to your level.
Although a weekend goes by quickly, the organizer wants to make sure that you have several breaks to read, write, walk in nature, chat with other participants, or simply rest! All activities are optional.

Teachers
Agnès Blain
Agnès discovered yoga at the age of 16 and has received teachings from many different styles during her travels, including Sivananda, Hariharalaya, Vipassana meditation, and DeGasquet. She aims to contribute to the transmission of yoga that combines traditional principles with modern, inclusive, feminist, decolonial, and ecological approaches, adapting to each individual. Agnès has been leading workshops since 2015 and recently completed a module on “Respecting the Roots of Yoga: Teaching without Cultural Appropriation.”

The retreat will take place in Noyal-Muzillac, Morbihan.
How to get there?
If you’re traveling by car, the lodge is conveniently located just 30 minutes from Vannes, 1 hour from Nantes, and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Rennes. Simply head to Bossignan Brangolo in Noyal-Muzillac, and use the GPS coordinates 47.624620, -2.449145 to guide you there.
Alternatively, if you’re arriving by train, the Questembert station is only 11 minutes away from the lodge. And don’t worry about getting lost or finding your way, as our friendly organizer will be happy to pick you up from the station upon your arrival.
