Your Journey
This yoga retreat is limited to 11 people, from all walks of life, even if you’ve never done yoga before or consider yourself “not flexible,” you can still enjoy the benefits of this revitalizing week.
It’s important that you have several breaks to read, write, take a walk in the surrounding nature, chat with other participants, or simply rest! Also, please note that all activities offered are optional.

Food
Inspired by world cuisine and her experience as a chef, Agnès will delight you with 100% vegan dishes made from organic produce. Her colorful, delicious, and indulgent creations are made with a focus on using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
In addition to three daily meals, you’ll have access to a variety of fruits, snacks, and herbal teas.
The package includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as snacks and drinks. Water, coffee, and tea are included, and we can accommodate various dietary requirements, including vegetarian, lacto-ovo vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, organic, lactose-free, whole foods, and ayurvedic diets.
Accommodation
The accommodations will be shared between two participants (no mixed genders). The lodging includes two bathrooms, three toilets, and a large kitchen that will be perfect for our workshops and tastings! Depending on the weather, you can practice yoga either inside or on the outdoor terrace.
Three tents can also be set up in the garden.
The pricing options are as follows: 695 euro for one person in a private tent, 765 euro for one person in a shared double room, and 1530 euro for two people in a private double room.
Teachers
Agnès Blain
Agnès discovered yoga at the age of 16 and has received teachings from many different styles during her travels, including Sivananda, Hariharalaya, Vipassana meditation, and DeGasquet. She aims to contribute to the transmission of yoga that combines traditional principles with modern, inclusive, feminist, decolonial, and ecological approaches, adapting to each individual. Agnès has been leading workshops since 2015 and recently completed a module on “Respecting the Roots of Yoga: Teaching without Cultural Appropriation.”
Location
You will be staying at the Juzet hamlet, in a cozy cottage located at the gateway to Brittany. It is a beautiful, typical farmhouse of the region, carefully renovated and featuring a large garden with a terrace and an above-ground swimming pool!
