Your Journey
Are you ready to take charge of your health and transform your life? Our upcoming retreat is tailor-made for individuals like you who are eager to learn and make positive changes. With four engaging interactive classes and programs, you’ll embark on a journey toward optimal health and wellness.
Our first program, “Make Your Own Medicine,” will empower you with knowledge to prevent and repair illness and disease, and reveal healthy snack options and more. In “Make Health Your Hobby,” you’ll discover the secrets to slowing down the aging process and understanding autoimmune diseases, among other topics. “Move Waste from the Waist” will show you how to heal your body through movement, and identify the best types of exercises. And in “Live Without Pain and Inflammation,” you’ll reduce inflammation and discover top anti-inflammatory foods.
After each interactive session, you’ll receive a personalized “On Your Own” activity to complete and bring home with you. Throughout the retreat, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how your body changes with age, and how to prevent disease and help each body system – including the heart, brain, gut, lungs, joints, eyes, and skin – age in a healthier way. You’ll enjoy more restful sleep, sharper thinking and memory, and less stress while learning how to cut the risk of cancer and “highs” – high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and high cholesterol.

Daily Journey
Curious about what a day at our retreat might look like? Here’s a sample schedule to give you an idea:
Start your day off right with an invigorating yoga class from 8:00 to 9:00. Afterward, enjoy a delicious and nutritious breakfast from 9:00 to 10:00.
From 10:00 to 12:30, immerse yourself in our interactive Prime Time Health session. You’ll learn valuable insights and strategies to optimize your health and wellbeing.
Take a break and refuel with a satisfying lunch from 12:30 to 15:00. Use this time to connect with fellow participants and engage in stimulating discussions.
During the afternoon break from 15:00 to 16:00, you can take some free time to relax, reflect, and recharge your batteries. You can also take advantage of this time to engage in further discussions with other retreat participants.
Finally, wind down your day with a gentle yoga class or meditation from 17:00 to 18:00. Let go of any remaining tension or stress and prepare for a restful night’s sleep.
Extra excursions & activities
Massage, kinesiology consultation, and Dr. Bach consultation are available at an additional cost of 40 EUR per session.
Food
Enjoy a stress-free start to your day with our daily breakfast included in the price of your retreat. For lunch and dinner, we offer delicious meal options available at an extra cost.
Your morning meal includes a variety of tasty dishes to satisfy your appetite. Additionally, we provide a selection of refreshing drinks throughout the day, such as water, coffee, and tea.
We cater to a range of dietary requirements to ensure that all our guests can indulge in our meals. Our menu includes vegetarian, gluten-free, whole food, and Ayurvedic options. If you have any other dietary requests, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Accommodation
Experience comfort and relaxation during your stay at Yoga Skyros Academy. Our student rooms are thoughtfully furnished and come equipped with shared bathrooms, showers, bathtubs, and toilet facilities. We want you to feel at home during your stay, which is why we provide everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
You don’t have to worry about packing too many clothes, as we offer washing machines on-site for a small fee of 10 EUR. If you prefer a more private space, we also offer single-room options at an additional cost. Just let us know your preference, and we’ll accommodate your needs.
The price for one person in a shared twin room is 770 euros, and if you prefer a private single room, the cost is 970 euros. Rest assured that whichever option you choose, you’ll have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Yoga Skyros Academy.

With 800 RYT certifications and training in Asia and India, she will teach you the practice of Hatha yoga, the foundation of all yoga styles, and how to incorporate it into your daily life to manage stress and tension. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi, Radha Ji promises to make your journey fun and enjoyable and guide you toward greater wellbeing. Exciting news! Starting on October 22nd, 2022, Yoga Skyros is moving to a new location at 113 Agisilaou, 16674 Glyfada, situated between the Sea and the Mountain. Just 2.5 km from the Sea and 0.5 km from the Mountain Illias, this Greek Riviera location offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.
Glyfada, located in the south part of Athens, is easily accessible and offers high-class shopping, walking, and dining experiences. The area boasts numerous restaurants serving different cuisines, supermarkets, and coffee shops – everything you need to enjoy your time studying yoga and immersing yourself in the Greek lifestyle.
The Temple of Hatha Yoga remains beautiful as ever with a wooden floor and balconies all around. Additionally, external yoga classes with a breathtaking view of the sea will be hosted on the rooftop. The interior decoration of our new location has been masterfully taken care of by Theodora Papadaki of Thera Design Studio, who brings with her fresh ideas and a beautiful Greek smile from Santorini.

How to get there?
We recommend booking your flight to Athens International Airport (ATH). We offer airport transfers upon request, which cost approximately 40 EUR one way, equivalent to local taxi rates. Just let us know your arrival and departure details, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth and stress-free journey.
