A remarkable windsurfing adventure awaits in Fuerteventura.

Upon returning home from a delightful yoga and fitness retreat, I am filled with happiness and a sense of fulfillment. The retreat was flawlessly organized by Eline, who happens to be one of the most exceptional yoga instructors I've ever had the pleasure of practicing with. In addition to yoga, the retreat included a remarkable windsurfing lesson and a personalized workout session with an outstanding fitness instructor who also happens to be a skilled physiotherapist.Our daily routine began with a revitalizing and robust morning yoga session with the calming Chasa, followed by an afternoon session with Eline. I found Eline's afternoon sessions to be especially remarkable. She has an extensive knowledge of yoga and an in-depth understanding of the human body, often taking the time to explain how each movement and pose impacts our joints, muscles, and ligaments. She appeared to possess X-ray vision, immediately identifying when adjustments to my alignment and positioning were necessary. Although I have been practicing yoga for many years, Eline has given me a much deeper understanding of my body and how to improve my yoga practice going forward. I also appreciated her sense of humor, which helped us relax into poses even more.The accommodations were also good. I opted for the cheaper dormitory option, which was clean and tidy. However, I was not fond of the strict 10 a.m. checkout time on my last day. Nevertheless, I'm eagerly anticipating my return to FV to experience it all over again.

The experience was simply stunning. Practicing yoga twice a day at the beach had a tremendously positive impact on both my physical and mental well-being. Eline is undoubtedly one of the finest yoga instructors I have ever come across. I already miss her dearly, as she devoted ample time and attention to every lesson, displaying deep care and consideration for each participant. Thanks to her guidance, I made significant progress in just one week. I am grateful for the wonderful experience and will cherish it in my memory.

Eline conducted incredible yoga sessions on the beach, providing a delightful experience of practicing yoga while listening to the soothing sound of waves. In addition, there were various water sports activities that allowed for flexibility. Since there wasn't much wind, Eline made special arrangements for me to enjoy surfing, which turned out to be fantastic.

Recently, I enjoyed a fantastic yoga retreat at WindSurfYoga. With a small group in attendance, Eline, our skilled yoga instructor, was able to provide personalized and beneficial guidance to each of us. As a result, I have improved my yoga practice by understanding the purpose of each posture and where to concentrate my efforts. Previously, I lacked clarity and simply went through the motions.
