The Zest Life tailors the swimming experiences to meet the group’s preferences and desires. Depending on everyone’s mood and interests, the swim locations may vary. You might find yourself in breathtaking coastal swims around the Isle of Anglesey, peacefully floating in the magnificent lakes of Snowdonia, or energetically dipping into the stunning waterfalls that Wales boasts. Regardless of the destination, you will feel invigorated and empowered as you reconnect with nature. Your safety is our utmost priority, and we provide the necessary equipment based on your needs. Holistic treatments
There will be plenty of time to indulge in a body treatment or two with one of the superb in-house therapists. They offer a range of massage treatments, from Indian head and Swedish full body, to Tui Na (a Chinese massage similar to Shiatsu). The therapists use organic therapeutic oils to ease away your stresses and strains. Each treatment is 60 GBP for 45 minutes.

At The Zest Life, healthy eating is an essential component of our retreats. To fuel your invigorating journey, we offer a delightful plant-based vegetarian menu that will tantalize your taste buds. After your swim, you’ll be welcomed with a comforting cup of tea or coffee, followed by a wholesome picnic featuring a hearty cup of homemade soup. In the evening, indulge in a divine two-course meal that will leave you satisfied. Throughout the retreat, we provide an array of beautiful yogi herbal teas, ensuring you have refreshing options to choose from. The Coach House, situated within the picturesque Plas Cadnant estate, is the grandest property available, offering ample space across two floors to accommodate up to 11 guests. The impressive upstairs dining or sitting room, adorned with a large wood-burning stove, sets the stage for a cozy and intimate atmosphere. As night falls, the ambiance is further enhanced by the warm glow of candles, the subtle scent of incense, and crackling log fires, creating the perfect environment for complete relaxation. The luxurious experience continues with exquisitely comfortable beds, crisp white linen, fresh flowers, captivating views of the rolling parkland, and invigorating power showers, all ensuring a weekend filled with opulence and style in this breathtaking country house.
The Gardens:

Over the past 25 years, these gardens have undergone a remarkable transformation, painstakingly restored to their former glory. Winter brings carpets of snowdrops, followed by blooming daffodils in spring. Sweet peas climb and scent the air during the sun-soaked summer months, while autumn reveals a majestic display of vibrant red leaves adorning the trees, radiating in the morning light. Whichever season you choose to visit, the gardens offer serene spaces where you can simply exist in tranquility.
The Yoga Space:
Take a leisurely stroll through the walled garden and majestic wooden gates, leading you to the oak-framed building. Inside, handcrafted oak beams, lofty ceilings, and underfloor heating create an idyllic space for yoga and meditation practice. Bask in the gentle rays of the morning sun during yoga sessions, and later, settle into candlelit relaxation sessions in the evening. Surrounded by the serene beauty of the parkland, this space serves as your sanctuary, shielding you from the outside world. All yoga equipment, including mats, blocks, cushions, and straps, is provided, allowing you to simply arrive and immerse yourself in the practice.

For one person staying in a shared double or twin room, the cost is 708 euros. Opting for a private single room brings the price to 758 euros, while a private double room is priced at 893 euros.

If you prefer to arrive by train, the nearest station is Bangor. From London, you can take a direct train from London Euston to Bangor, which takes approximately three hours. From Bangor station, it’s only a short five-minute taxi ride to Plas Cadnant.

No, the retreat is suitable for individuals of all levels, including beginners. Our expert instructors will guide and support you throughout the sessions.
We recommend bringing comfortable yoga attire, swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, walking shoes, and any personal toiletries you may need. Additionally, it's a good idea to bring a yoga mat, although we do provide them if needed.

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total price is required. The remaining balance should be paid 28 days before the retreat begins.
