To reach the retreat from Izmir:

  • Drive south on the highway towards Aydın / Selçuk
  • Once you arrive in Selçuk, pass through the town and follow the road to Camlik
  • 400m before arriving in Camlik, you will see a large sign on the left hand side of the road indicating the Ephesus Retreat
  • Turn left and follow the signs to the forest and all other signs until you arrive at the retreat
  • The retreat is located about 4 km from the main road and the last part of the road is a dirt road.

It is recommended to check with the retreat about the road condition and also please be aware that it might be difficult to drive on the dirt road in case of bad weather.
