About this tour

Immerse yourself in nature and forge connections with people from around the globe. Indulge in daily yoga sessions, socialize with individuals from diverse backgrounds, acquire knowledge on permaculture through a practical lesson, and embark on a hike to witness the splendor of the waterfall at Abruzzi National Park.

Your Journey

Begin your day with a refreshing morning yoga class at 8 a.m., which typically lasts between one and a half to two hours, followed by a nourishing breakfast. Guests can explore the surrounding area during the day, taking in sights such as the majestic waterfall or the historic castle of Sora, or simply relax on the farm. A scrumptious lunch is available at 1 p.m. for 11 EUR, and can be reserved during breakfast.

For those seeking additional yoga sessions, an afternoon class at 5 p.m. is available for an extra fee. The permaculture class and walking meditation are scheduled based on weather and availability, and can be arranged at the farm. Treatments such as reiki or massages are also available on site, with experienced practitioners to answer any questions.

The permaculture class takes place at a nearby property, just a three-minute drive or a pleasant 15-minute walk away. Eli and Liina have implemented permaculture principles at this site for several years, making it an ideal location to learn about the practical application of permaculture. Guests may even choose to extend their stay and lend a hand at the property, providing support and gaining hands-on experience.

The walking meditation can be enjoyed either in the late morning or afternoon and includes a choice between a trail by the nearby lake or a gorge leading to the waterfall. Both routes offer stunning views and a serene atmosphere.
