This former equestrian farm has been lovingly restored and transformed into a boutique retreat where you can indulge in a fully supervised juice fast that includes 2 shots, 3 juices, and a nourishing evening soup. But that’s not all! You can also enjoy daily yoga classes in a fully equipped studio, guided nature walks, fitness sessions, evening meditation, educational workshops, documentaries, and a complimentary 1-hour massage treatment.

Daily Journey
Get ready to embrace a typical day filled with wellness, relaxation, and rejuvenation at Maison de Lunel! Wake up to a warm water fresh lemon and join a 90-minute wake up yoga and meditation session. Then, enjoy a refreshing wheatgrass shot followed by a countryside walk or hike to take in the beautiful surroundings.
Recharge with a ginger shot and first juice at 10 am, followed by an educational workshop or demonstration to help you make long-lasting changes to your lifestyle and well-being. At 1 pm, savor a second juice before taking some time to rest and relax.
At 4 pm, enjoy a third juice before winding down with a 90-minute yoga and meditation session. Replenish your body with a nourishing homemade soup at 7 pm and engage in an educational documentary and discussion at 7:30 pm.
Finally, end the day with a candle-lit meditation at 8:45 pm. While everyone is encouraged to participate in as many activities as possible, it’s important to remember that this is YOUR retreat and you can choose which activities you wish to participate in. How to get there?
If you’re arriving by airplane, Maison de Lunel offers group transfers on Saturdays to and from several airports and rail stations. For those arriving on other days of the week, transfer fees may be slightly higher.
Traveling from Bergerac? You can enjoy a comfortable ride for only 60 EUR per person each way. Or, if you’re arriving in Toulouse, group transfers are available for 85 EUR per person each way. For those coming from Bordeaux, transfers are available for 130 EUR per person each way.
If you’re arriving by train, group transfers can also be arranged from several nearby railway stations. Monsempron-Libos transfers are free of charge, while transfers from Agen and Cahors cost 50 EUR per person each way.
