Holistic treatments
There will be plenty of time to indulge in a body treatment or two with one of the superb in-house therapists. They offer a range of massage treatments, from Indian head and Swedish full body, to Tui Na (a Chinese massage similar to Shiatsu). The therapists use organic therapeutic oils to ease away your stresses and strains. Each treatment is 60 GBP for 45 minutes.

At The Zest Life, we hold a strong passion for healthy eating, and it is an essential element of our retreats. Our menu is carefully curated to prioritize warmth, nourishment, and the incorporation of foraged foods. During your retreat, you can expect plant-based meals that are always vegetarian, free from sugar and dairy products, and low in wheat and gluten as needed. The Coach House, located within the picturesque Plas Cadnant estate, is the grandest property available, accommodating up to 11 guests across two expansive floors. Its impressive upstairs dining or sitting room boasts a large wood-burning stove, creating a cozy atmosphere for gatherings. As night falls, the ambiance is enhanced by the soft glow of candles, the fragrance of incense, and crackling log fires, fostering an environment of complete relaxation. The luxurious experience continues with supremely comfortable beds, crisp white linen, fresh flowers, breathtaking views of the rolling parkland, and invigorating power showers that add a touch of style to your weekend retreat in this magnificent country house.

Over the past 25 years, these gardens have undergone a remarkable transformation and have been meticulously restored to their former glory. The Yoga Space:
Take a leisurely stroll through the walled garden, passing through majestic wooden gates that lead to the oak-framed building. Pricing:
For solo travelers, the price for a shared twin or double room is 646 euros. Should you prefer a private single room, the price is 696 euros. Alternatively, if you opt for a private double room, the price is 852 euros. These rates reflect the exceptional value of your stay at The Coach House.

If you prefer to arrive by train, the nearest station is Bangor. From London, you can take a direct train from London Euston to Bangor, which takes approximately three hours. From Bangor station, it’s only a short five-minute taxi ride to Plas Cadnant.
