The desert is an ideal location for a yoga and meditation retreat! Walking in the heart of the desert and practicing yoga while enjoying breathtaking sunrises and sunsets has been an unforgettable experience. Sandra was an excellent instructor, and I thoroughly enjoyed our yoga sessions and our conversations. The time spent with her horses in the paddock was a deeply moving and therapeutic experience that helped me work on myself. It was my first time having such close contact with horses, and I found it to be truly transformative. Our group was small, which made it easier for us to interact and share our emotions and feelings.I highly recommend this retreat to anyone who is looking for an opportunity to connect with nature, themselves, and others. However, I would have preferred accommodation with fewer distractions from other tourists and without Wi-Fi to ensure complete disconnection during the entire retreat.
My time with Sandra in Jordan was truly inspiring, touching, and restorative.
