The private yoga, mindfulness, and meditation sessions with Roberto in the north and Sara in the south were moments of pure well-being. The teachers were very attentive, empathetic, and kind. The emotional experience of forest bathing with Thomas was also very enriching. Then there were the hikes that allowed me to discover the island and made me want to come back. The unexpected highlight of the trip was the showcooking experience with two local chefs, which allowed me to meet two people who were passionate about their work and discover the local cuisine and culture. The entire Mbestcare team was very welcoming and caring throughout the stay. From the first day, Marta did everything to make me feel like part of her family, and Benjamin, who handled logistics, was also very attentive. You can really feel the cohesion of the team, whose main concern is the client's well-being. I highly recommend this trip to anyone looking to relax and take care of their body and soul.
