Everything about this week was personally perfect for me. The two hosts, Olay and Yamuma, are simply amazing people. They took care of me so well, we had wonderful conversations, and I learned so much about nutrition, health, yoga, and detox in addition to daily yoga and various treatments (Hydrocholon, Bioresonance, massages, etc.). This one-on-one attention is truly special, and I would go back there anytime!

My husband Erwin and I went to La Palma for the first time, and it's definitely worth it! We booked an 8-day detox retreat, and even though it was Erwin's first detox, he enjoyed it thoroughly. Olay warmly welcomed us in the evening, and the accommodation was cozy and warm. I enjoyed Olay's yoga classes every morning and learned a lot throughout the week, inspiring me to continue practicing at home. The detox was fantastic, with delicious juices, fruits, and vegetables - every "meal" was a feast. Erwin found the detox to be "easy, valuable, and tasty," which was a huge compliment as he was apprehensive. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we will take this inspiration into our daily lives. The accommodation itself is a paradise on earth, impossible to capture in a photo - beautiful greenery, peace, and lovely weather. In one word: fantastic. Thank you, Olay and Yamuna - we'll see you again!
