The daily routine was perfect: relaxed waking up with the sunlight filtering through the bamboo curtain - calming, meditative view of the valley with a steaming cup of tea - morning asanas in the open air with a direct view of the sun and under Olay's expert guidance (every day different, always perfectly matched to my fitness level) - lunch break - fascinating yoga philosophy sessions in the shade with a breathtaking view - heartwarming, joyous group singing/musicking (multivoiced, thank you for allowing me to switch between voices and for the first harmonium chords) - processing the day/new impressions/resonating - dinner and closing the day with a book.
