Completing my 200-hour RYT training at Yoga Skyros IKE in Glyfada has brought me immense happiness! It was a perfect experience and one of the best decisions I have ever made. Choosing the right training program was a challenge due to the multitude of options available worldwide, but I ultimately decided on Carmen's place because of her extensive background in yoga and related fields, as well as the academy's focus on smaller class sizes (with a maximum of 10 students). This approach is excellent as it demonstrates their commitment to ensuring that each and every student receives personalized attention, building upon their individual strengths.The accommodation provided was delightful, featuring a comfortable bed and cozy room equipped with everything I needed. The neighborhood was beautiful, and the location was superb, with the beach and downtown Glyfada just a short 10-minute walk away. In the vicinity, you can find various shops such as supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and restaurants. Transportation to the airport is convenient, with Uber or taxi services costing approximately 20EUR. Additionally, I recommend following and liking their Facebook page to stay updated with their latest news.The yoga training itself was fantastic, and I noticed significant improvement both mentally and physically with each passing day. Practicing yoga alongside the local community of Glyfada, as well as fellow visitors from around the world, made this location truly unforgettable. Carmen and Dietmar, thank you for everything!
