I attended a 4-day self-healer workshop and had the pleasure of meeting incredible individuals who taught me so much. The supportive and understanding nature of the group was truly remarkable; they genuinely listened to my needs and provided exactly what I required. Dietmar's workshop content was immensely fascinating to me, as it offered a perfect blend of theory and practical application. Experiencing the concepts firsthand was truly amazing.I also had the privilege of practicing yoga under the guidance of exceptional teachers, Carmen and Sophie. Their expertise and passion for yoga were evident in every session. I consider myself extremely fortunate and grateful for choosing this workshop and having the opportunity to learn from such incredible individuals. When I arrived, my expectations were simple: to relax and move my body. However, my experience at Yoga Skyros exceeded all expectations. Dietmar dedicated ample time to introducing me to various therapeutic methods, including Bach flower remedies, kinesiology, and aromatherapy. His wealth of experience and knowledge in different therapy techniques is truly remarkable, and he is an excellent therapist himself.Carmen, on the other hand, proved to be an exceptional yoga teacher. We had the privilege of enjoying two yoga classes every day - one led by Carmen and another taught by a student from the yoga teacher training program. These classes incorporated a blend of breathing exercises and chanting, creating a holistic and immersive yoga experience. The combination of therapy, including massages, along with yoga practice and relaxation time worked wonders for me.As a result, I left Yoga Skyros feeling deeply relaxed and inspired, contemplating the possibility of pursuing the yoga teacher training myself in the future. I must also mention that the accommodation provided was excellent, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the students from the yoga teacher training program, who were staying for a month or longer, were incredibly kind and friendly. I feel fortunate to have formed new friendships during my time there.
