Sarita's retreat at home is of high quality and authenticity: with her adorable dogs, delicious food, she makes you work on yourself (that's why we came :)), the initial intestinal cleanse may be uncomfortable but it leaves you feeling well the next day, the meditations, and the detailed natal chart...! Incredible experience with Sara. She is a Yoga encyclopedia, and a source of energy and tranquility. In 24 hours, she manages to fill you with energy, but above all, she helps you find yourself and refocus. It all went by so quickly, and maybe I missed being able to spend more time with Sara to do yoga with her and learn better how to meditate.

I feel like this retreat has transformed a part of me: thanks to the natal chart that Sarita made for me, I was able to understand myself better. She also gave me advice and routines according to my needs. The best thing about this retreat is the personalization and human quality. St Pol de Mar is a beautiful town, and being able to do yoga classes right on the beach was a luxury. I really recommend it, without any hesitation 😊
I chose this retreat because of the very positive reviews it had, and honestly, it was the best choice. The environment, the food, the sunrise from the terrace, the intestinal cleanse, the natal chart reading, the yoga adapted to my chart, the good vibes... everything is great! But what really makes it worth it is HER. She's amazing, a source of knowledge. I went there with an existential crisis, and I came out renewed. You feel better than at your own home. Sarita is one of those people worth meeting and that you want to spend more time with. P.S: Bring a Tupperware. She cooks wonderfully ;)
