Sarita is someone who makes you feel at home, but with incredible experience and richness. I loved the friendly treatment. In addition, she has a lot of yoga knowledge that she shares and customizes according to your needs. Thank you for everything 🙏.

The best part of the retreat is Sarita - she makes you feel wonderful from the moment you arrive. Suddenly, you find yourself hanging out with a lifelong friend. The meditations are fantastic - she knows what she's talking about and has a ton of experience. She's brilliant! The food is exquisite and very plentiful. The detox cleansing practice is powerful and effective, and not as unpleasant as it may seem at first.I missed having more yoga practice - I think that's Sarita's strong point, but we didn't do much of it. Although, it must be said that it was very hot and not very appealing.
I loved it. It met my expectations. I meditated and did various useful and diverse exercises (including meditating on the beach). I had time to think. I am leaving with tools to continue evolving. I enjoyed the beach and the town. The healthy, organic, and natural food was fantastic. Sarita was great - knowledgeable, empathetic, and respectful. I slept well. As for cleanliness, I may have to think twice next time, but nothing comes easy. Thank you, Sarita, for helping me become a better person.
