Doing the course in Greece with such an international team was truly amazing. Yoga Skyros has a unique familial atmosphere that sets it apart from other places. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable, and I learned a tremendous amount in a short period of time, which has enriched me as a person.If I had to express a preference, I would appreciate a bit more structure in the course. While I enjoyed the flexibility of joining at any point, it also meant that at times I felt a bit behind and rushed, potentially missing out on covering certain areas that others may have explored.
