The atmosphere at this place is incredibly relaxed, and the people are extremely welcoming from the moment you step foot inside. The beautiful Spanish-style house offers a range of rooms, some more luxurious than others, but all of them are clean. The yoga classes are diverse and perfectly tailored to the pace and flow of each session. We even had a rooftop class one evening, with a stunning view of the sun setting behind the vineyards on the hills. Pierluigi is an incredibly attentive instructor. The food, mostly prepared by Favigniana, is fresh, interesting, and full of flavor - all plant-based, but never dull. There are also great activities available during the day, including a hike to a waterfall, a reiki session, and horse-guided meditation led by the wonderful owner Ellen. While the booking process wasn't entirely clear to me, I'm thrilled that I decided to go ahead with it. I highly recommend this place and hope to return in the future.

It was my inaugural visit to a retreat and I'm glad that I opted for this one, as it provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location is convenient to locate and the surroundings are serene, with the sessions leaving me completely relaxed and content. The atmosphere, complete with its natural surroundings and animals, was delightful, and the villa was simply incredible. As for the food, it was beyond words! <3 My time at Alaya retreat centre was truly wonderful, and I look forward to returning for a more extended stay. I highly recommend it.
