Scarlet's affection for the island and her work is apparent. Over a span of two days, she provided me with coaching and guided me to exquisite locations for yoga and nature appreciation. Scarlet has excellent skills in teaching yoga and is knowledgeable about some of the island's best spots. However, the tailor-made one-to-one coaching did not meet my expectations. I was hoping for a structured plan or program that included mindfulness training sessions and techniques tailored to my needs. Instead, it felt like I had to figure out the techniques I wanted to learn or gain experience with on my own.
