It's a very special and personal experience, and you feel the benefits, especially after the course is over. The food is delicious and varied, and it gives you ideas to integrate into your daily life. Sarita prepares a personalized exercise ritual that you can continue at home. The detox aspect plays a major role, including an intestinal cleanse with seawater. I wasn't expecting it, but I was pleasantly surprised - it's a challenge, but the day after you feel great.
Individual sessions facilitate deepening and allow the facilitator to focus on your needs. Sarita is a lovely person, with a great willingness and disposition to help you get the most out of the experience. From the first moment, you feel at home, and she makes everything flow naturally. She cares about knowing what you need and adapts the retreat to you. A wonderful experience that we should all treat ourselves to from time to time. A pleasure, Sarita! 🙏
