It's hard to put into words the incredible experience I had during the 7-day retreat at Yoga Skyros. After a challenging period at work, I decided to take a break and recharge for what lies ahead. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a wave of positive energy that immediately began soothing my soul. Carmen and Dietmar, your knowledge, warmth, and care are truly remarkable. You both inspired me and guided me to reconnect with myself and stay focused on what truly matters.The holistic approach at Yoga Skyros, combining yoga, kinesiology, Bach flower remedies, and massage, had a profound impact on my well-being throughout the week. It helped transform how I felt, leaving me energized and ready to face whatever challenges come my way. I now feel a renewed sense of balance.In addition to the transformative practices, I am grateful for the friendships I formed with fellow participants who were undergoing their yoga teacher training with Carmen.
