Sarita's knowledge and expertise in nutrition, yoga, meditation, and astrology are exceptional. I came to her in search of answers, and I received so much more. She provided me with tools and guidance that were customized to my mind and soul. It was truly an experience like the one depicted in the movie 'Eat Pray Love'. Thank you, Sarita.

I went on this retreat with a group of male friends, all of whom were total beginners to yoga with little meditation experience. Despite this, we had a fantastic time and a great experience. The food was delicious, Sarita was engaging and easy to hang out with, and the location was beautiful (even though we live in Sitges!!). The intestinal flush was an interesting and detoxifying experience, but not as intrusive as we had expected. We would definitely recommend a longer weekend (we only stayed for 24 hours) and plan on returning soon.
Sarita is a fantastic professional and an incredibly charismatic person. She made my retreat experience absolutely unforgettable. I felt at ease, comfortable, and trusted in her presence, as if I were at home. I learned so much and would highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to improve themselves through yoga.

Sarita is an incredible person with a warm heart and positive energy that makes you feel at home immediately. Her strong background in meditation and yoga makes her the perfect guide for those just entering the spiritual world or needing a break from the stresses of daily life.
