I absolutely enjoyed the retreat; it was incredibly relaxing, and I loved the flexible and optional schedule. The location was stunning, and our hosts were extremely hospitable. And, needless to say, the yoga and meditation sessions were fantastic.

The retreat was precisely what I needed - a tranquil location with a good balance of structure and ample quiet solo time to unwind and ponder in stunning surroundings. Renata was an exceptional teacher, and I gained a wealth of knowledge about mindfulness. Since returning to my busy life in London, I find myself frequently reflecting on the discussions we had during the sessions, recognizing patterns, and striving to make adjustments. As a result, I have been less stressed and more mindful of my thoughts and surroundings. I am truly grateful for this experience and thankful to Renata for making it possible.
Renata is truly a gift, and I absolutely loved my experience with her. I feel much calmer, more focused, and better equipped to navigate emotional challenges after just three days. Through mindfulness practice, I've been able to unlock small joys in my daily life. Renata is a professional and is passionate about helping others. Her ability to inspire intimate and open conversations is truly remarkable. The program was in-depth and personalized, and I highly, highly recommend it.

Renata/Joana extended a warm welcome and provided excellent hospitality during my wife's stay. The sessions were extremely helpful, and my wife returned home feeling peaceful and happy.
