Carmen is a wonderful and engaging yoga teacher who always gives herself fully to take her students to the highest level. Highly recommend!

I am new to yoga, and this was my first experience with yoga. I really enjoyed the time I spent in the retreat and I really got to relax and restart for a new journey in my life. Everyone was extremely accommodating and helpful on my low level of knowledge and flexibility.

The retreat was fluid, adapting to range of people, including some for teaching certification. The yoga sessions offered variety, allowing for fun, as well as physical challenge. Carmen is authentic in her practice. She is a good teacher and spiritual guide.
