Des balades étaient également possibles, et Sintra était à proximité. Cependant, les petits-déjeuners étaient légèrement décevants, et en dehors des activités prévues, il y avait peu de contact personnel et de disponibilité. La méditation du soir était un peu monotone et se concentrait uniquement sur les exercices respiratoires, donc peu stimulante.

Zarqa and Patricia are two caring, affectionate souls who prepare mouth-watering and nutritious meals. Their yoga classes are a mix of typical flows and unique partner-work yoga, hand massages, and daily themed practices with varying scents. Every evening, they hold a serene meditation class where minimal communication takes place, allowing you to focus on your breath and inner self without interruption. The house is pleasant, and Z&P work tirelessly to make it even cozier. Despite arriving late on the first night, they still offered to warm up my dinner, which was a kind gesture. The beach is a short 15-minute stroll away, and the coastline is magnificent. Their lunch packs are equally delicious.
Patricia and Zarqa are lovely, kind-hearted individuals who have a flair for cooking delicious, healthy food. They offer a diverse array of yoga classes that range from typical flows to partner-work yoga, hand massages, and daily changing scents and themes. Every night, peaceful meditation classes are conducted where minimal talking is done to allow you to concentrate on your breath and inner self. The house is beautiful, and Z&P are continuously working to make it even more welcoming. Additionally, despite my late arrival on the first night, they still kindly offered to warm up my dinner.
