Lara Toth, formerly based in Sri Lanka and now teaching full-time at Plantation Villa in London, brings a diverse range of expertise to her role. She completed her teacher training in Bali, where she studied under both modern yoga instructors and traditional Indian swamis, focusing on Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Philosophy. Dr. Ruwanka is a distinguished graduate of the Institute of Indigenous Medicine at the University of Colombo, where he obtained a first-class degree in Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery. Recognized for his exceptional academic achievements, he was appointed as a demonstrator by the university. During his time as a student, Dr. Ruwanka developed a unique interest in a field that is often overlooked by Ayurvedic practitioners – surgery. His specialization lies in the treatment of anorectal disorders such as fistula-in-ano, hemorrhoids, and anal fissures.
