Teachers
Bea Weiskircher
Bea is a versatile instructor skilled in both Yoga and Pilates. She draws inspiration from vinyasa yoga and the teachings of Ana Forrest from Forrest Yoga. Her approach to yoga and bodywork is undogmatic, holistic, and therapeutic, encompassing the integration of the body, emotions, and energies. For Bea, yoga holds profound significance. It serves as a pathway for her to delve deep into her mind and body, acting as her guiding compass on a journey towards her inner self, her source, and her essence. Through yoga, Bea experiences constant transformation, both in her mindset and her worldview. She believes that just as a journey commences when one steps out of their comfort zone, the true essence of asana begins when one is willing to transcend their limitations.
