Daily Journey
Day 1: Arrival and opening circle

Day 2: Yoga + Rovinj tour + yoga

With a background in martial arts, Manuela has always gravitated towards dynamic yoga styles, particularly Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga. As one of the first certified KATONAH YOGA® Teachers in Germany and Europe, her Vinyasa Yoga practice is deeply rooted in the philosophy of Taoism and TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), as well as the alignment principles of the KATONAH YOGA® tradition.
