Holistic treatments
There will be plenty of time to indulge in a body treatment or two with one of the superb in-house therapists. They offer a range of massage treatments, from Indian head and Swedish full body, to Tui Na (a Chinese massage similar to Shiatsu). The therapists use organic therapeutic oils to ease away your stresses and strains. Each treatment is 60 GBP for 45 minutes.

At The Zest Life, healthy eating is an essential component of our retreats. To fuel your invigorating journey, we offer a delightful plant-based vegetarian menu that will tantalize your taste buds. The Yoga Space:
Take a leisurely stroll through the walled garden and majestic wooden gates, leading you to the oak-framed building. Inside, handcrafted oak beams, lofty ceilings, and underfloor heating create an idyllic space for yoga and meditation practice. How to get there?

To reach Plas Cadnant from the A55 Expressway Mainland, please follow the driving directions below:

  1. Cross over the Britannia Bridge and immediately take the first slip road after crossing the bridge.
  2. At the T-junction, turn right onto the A4080, which will lead you back under the expressway towards Menai Bridge and Beaumaris.
  3. At the roundabout, continue straight across (taking the second exit), heading downhill into the center of Menai Bridge.
  4. In Menai Bridge, turn left onto the main road (A545) towards Beaumaris. Keep following this road until you see a new road bridge ahead.
  5. Just before the bridge, you will notice a lay-by with white lines on it. Turn left into the lay-by, and you will find the entrance to Plas Cadnant Estate just 50 meters on the left. Your sat nav should guide you to this point.
  6. Upon arriving at Plas Cadnant, follow the long leafy drive, always bearing left, until you reach the central graveled courtyard.
  7. The Coach House, the first prominent house on the left, is where you will be staying. There is ample parking available.

If you prefer to arrive by train, the nearest station is Bangor. From London, you can take a direct train from London Euston to Bangor, which takes approximately three hours. From Bangor station, it’s only a short five-minute taxi ride to Plas Cadnant.
