Food

Indulge in a delicious and healthy culinary experience during your stay at Italy Farm Stay. Each day, you will be treated to vegetarian and organic breakfast and dinner sourced directly from the farm. For those who prefer non-vegetarian meals, the staff can accommodate your request with advance notice. Gluten-free and lactose-free options are also available.

Our farm takes pride in being self-sufficient and using only the freshest ingredients. From vegetables and fruits to potatoes, eggs, meat, olive oil, and wine, everything comes directly from the farm. While some ingredients are purchased externally, we always strive to offer nutritious and healthy meals.

Start your day with a traditional Italian breakfast consisting of coffee, tea, homemade seasonal jam, bread, milk, biscuits, and farm-fresh fruits and vegetables. For dinner, gather around the table with fellow guests and savor a two-course meal featuring homemade pasta, local cheeses, fresh salads, and more seasonal delights. Non-vegetarian meals are also available upon request for an additional fee, including locally sourced meats such as steak, chicken, or pork, accompanied by local bread and homemade wine.

In addition, guests are welcome to pick and enjoy fresh organic fruit directly from the farm’s trees. Indulge in a variety of fruits such as figs, plums, peaches, cherries, persimmons, apples, pears, grapes, apricots, berries, and nuts, handpicked at peak ripeness for maximum flavor.

Rest assured, we cater to various dietary requirements, including vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, and organic. Let us know your dietary needs in advance, and we’ll ensure a delectable and satisfying culinary experience during your stay.

Looking for the perfect accommodation to suit your budget and vacation needs? Italy Farm Stay offers a variety of rooms for you to choose from. Our charming rooms are adorned with terracotta tiles, hand-painted trees, and wildlife murals, creating a rustic and serene atmosphere. The beds are new and comfortable, ensuring you’ll have a restful night’s sleep. All rooms have been recently restored and come equipped with a fan for summer months and a heating unit for colder seasons. Wake up each morning to breathtaking views of the mountains and the surrounding area. The camping fee includes access to a newly built shared indoor bathroom with hot showers.

Our pricing varies based on your preferred room type. A private tent for one person costs 566 EUR, while a shared dorm costs 629 EUR. A private single room is 716 EUR and a private double room for two people is 1224 EUR. Whichever accommodation you choose, rest assured that you’ll have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Italy Farm Stay.

Teachers

Antonello Siragusa

Meet Antonello Siragusa, the passionate founder, and host of Yoga Farm Stay. His love for yoga developed during his teenage travels around the world, where he discovered the practice while visiting India. After years of dedicated study, Antonello completed his 500 hours of TTC in 2017 and continues to deepen his practice and teach asana, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy during his annual winter trips to Asia. He considers teaching yoga one of his most important spiritual practices and has made it the central activity of his eco-farm stay.

Ana Ichim

Born and raised in Romania, Ana’s journey as a yoga teacher began with her first training at Eldorado Ashram in the mountains of Colorado in 2015. After several years of self-practice, she completed an additional 200 hours of teacher training, along with 50 hours of training in Yin yoga and anatomy, solidifying her passion for teaching. In her classes, Ana incorporates mantras and leads bhajan and kirtan circles, exploring new ways to teach and infusing a combination of bhakti, traditional Hatha, and Yin yoga into her practice.
