Enjoy the luxury of a traditional Portuguese mansion, and participate in two daily yoga classes, as well as optional afternoon meditation sessions. Refuel your body with three healthy meals and explore the local area with guided walks. Take a break by sunbathing on the terrace or take a refreshing dip in the pool. For those who struggle to switch off, Pasithea Yoga has a library on-site. And, if you like to unwind with wine, you can visit the local vineyard for an excellent wine-tasting tour. Your Journey
Imagine waking up at sunrise in a tranquil Portuguese village, surrounded by stunning scenery. As you stretch your body, you breathe in the fresh air and feel the warmth of the sun on your skin. You head up to the rooftop terrace where your yoga mat awaits, and you immerse yourself in an invigorating Hatha yoga session, with the sun rising in the distance.
After yoga, you sit down to a delicious breakfast, with fresh fruit, granola, and local bread. Feeling energized, you decide to explore the village and its surroundings, taking a scenic walk or visiting local tourist attractions.
As lunchtime approaches, you return to the retreat center for a healthy and flavorful meal. Afterward, you have the option to attend a mid-afternoon meditation session, or perhaps indulge in an optional Indian Head Massage.
As the sun begins to set, you head back up to the rooftop terrace for a relaxing Yin yoga session. The colors of the sky blend together as you sink into your mat and let your worries slip away.
After yoga, you sit down for dinner with your new friends, sharing stories and experiences over glasses of local wine. As the night sky descends, you make your way up to the cozy loft space, feeling grateful for the day’s experiences and excited for what tomorrow will bring.

Accommodation
As a guest at Pasithea Yoga, you’ll have the unique opportunity to stay in a beautiful traditional Portuguese mansion, sharing the space with like-minded individuals. With three luxurious twin rooms and two equally lavish double rooms, there’s ample space for a maximum of 10 guests at any given time. This creates an intimate and cozy atmosphere that allows you to truly connect with your fellow retreat-goers.
All rooms come with shared bathroom facilities, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We provide bathroom towels and poolside towels so that you can fully relax and enjoy your time with us.
Our twin rooms are perfect for solo travelers who want to share a room with a like-minded individual. At a rate of just 450 euros per person, you can enjoy all the benefits of our retreat while making new friends along the way. If you prefer a little more privacy, our double rooms are available for two people at 930 euros, making it a perfect choice for couples or friends who want to share a room.

Candice is an experienced yoga teacher offering Hatha, Yin, Kundalini Yoga, and Yoga Nidra classes, along with personalized 1-1 sessions. After discovering the transformative power of yoga during her recovery from a major operation, Candice completed her 500YTT and now shares her passion with others through both in-person and online classes. Despite juggling a busy schedule as a full-time worker, wife, mother to four, and grandmother to one, Candice continues to pursue her ambition of owning a tranquil retreat center where she can provide a peaceful sanctuary for those seeking a transformative yoga experience.
How to get there?
Whether you’re arriving by plane, bus, or train, Pasithea Yoga has got you covered with convenient transportation options to ensure a stress-free arrival. For those arriving by plane, we recommend Lisbon Portela Airport (LIS) and offer transfer services for an additional fee of €50 per person.
If you’re arriving by bus or train, simply inform us in advance, and we’ll arrange for a taxi to collect you from Cadaval or Bombarral at an additional cost, payable locally. At Pasithea Yoga, we strive to make your arrival as seamless and hassle-free as possible so that you can fully embrace the tranquility and rejuvenation that awaits you.
