Your Journey
The philosophy of this yoga approach is to establish a supportive, joyful, and invigorating environment for anyone interested in the transformative practices and embodied wisdom of yoga, meditation, breath awareness, pranayama, subtle energy, and conscious self-exploration.
Throughout this magnificent journey, participants will have the opportunity to go trekking or embark on stand-up paddle excursions, enabling them to experience the island from various perspectives. There will also be plenty of free time available to delve deeper into the practice or simply focus on reconnecting with oneself.
The belief is that the most effective way to learn is through hands-on experiences. The organizers aspire to share their knowledge and gain insights from others who are interested in leading a sustainable lifestyle. It is an ongoing journey of education and development for both the organizers and the attendees.
At times, the organizers may engage in exploration, creation, and experimentation, while at other times, they may offer experiences involving nature and sports. Their aim is to cultivate competent ambassadors who can lead a happy and healthy life in harmony with nature, the source and destination of all things, including one’s psycho-physical well-being.

She is passionate about sharing the true meaning of yoga and hopes to inspire others through her camps.
Location
Soo, located at the foot of Las Campanas mountain in Teguise, is an ideal destination for those wanting to explore both the north and west of Lanzarote. This town offers a plethora of options for visitors to enjoy the natural landscapes of the area, particularly for birdwatchers. Soo also belongs to the Chinijo Natural Park and is surrounded by the stunning beaches of Famara and La Santa, which are perfect for surfing enthusiasts.
Jable National Park is a must-visit destination for those staying in Soo, as it boasts unique sandplains made up of marine sediment that are exclusive to Lanzarote. However, visitors should be mindful of the area’s protected flora and fauna, as it is classified as a ZEPA zone for wild birds.
Moreover, Soo offers breathtaking views of the Pico de la Vieja Andrea and Pico Colorado mountains, which safeguard the coastal town. The sunsets from this area are truly magical, overlooking the ocean.
Lastly, the north of Lanzarote is undoubtedly the wildest and most unspoiled region of the island, where small fishing and farming towns still preserve ancient traditions.
